Membership Application
Renewing Clubs
All membership materials and dues must be submitted electronically no later than October 15th to avoid late fees. Renewals will not be accepted after November 30th, 2024 without approval by the MFMC Board of Directors.
First-Time Members
First-Time Senior Club members and new clubs are welcomed without late fee year round. Junior Club members added after the deadline fall under Late Additions.
Late Additions
Missed the deadline? Already submitted your application? Individual Junior and Senior memberships can be purchased directly through NFMC.
